Reconnect and choose the right franchise, signing in with the EA account that actually has access. Reconnecting is safe and read-only.
Two closely related hiccups: you connected the wrong franchise, or EA can’t find the league you expected. Both come down to which account and which franchise.
I connected the wrong franchise
If your EA account can see more than one franchise, it’s easy to pick the wrong one during setup. To fix it:
- Open the EA connection setup in your dashboard at app.franchisehuddle.app.
- Re-run the connect flow.
- When prompted to choose a franchise, pick the right online franchise this time.
The league isn’t found
If EA doesn’t show the league you’re looking for, it’s almost always one of these:
- Wrong EA account. You need to sign in with the account that actually has access to the franchise. If you have more than one EA account, try the one that’s a member of the league.
- No access to that franchise. The account has to be part of the franchise for FranchiseHuddle to read it. Make sure you’re in the league in EA first.
- Wrong platform. If you’re prompted, make sure you’re choosing the platform your league actually plays on.
Connecting is read-only and non-destructive, so it’s completely safe to disconnect and reconnect until you land on the right account and the right franchise.
Still can’t find it?
If you’re signing in with the correct account, you’re a member of the franchise in EA, and it still won’t appear, email [email protected] with your league name and we’ll help track it down.
