Privacy Policy

• Account information. When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and (if you share it) email address. If you sign up with email, we store that email. You may add a console platform and gamertag so your league can find you in-game.
• League information. The league name, console, membership, roles, invites, and the teams members claim.
• Franchise data. When a commissioner connects an EA account, we import that franchise’s public game data — rosters, ratings, statistics, box scores, schedules, standings, and transactions — and store it to power your site and Discord. This is your league’s own data, accessed with your own EA login.
• Payment information. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Stripe processes your card details; we do not see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. We do not build advertising profiles.

• To operate your league — sync franchise data, compute standings and stats, run tournaments, and post updates to your site and Discord.
• To authenticate you, manage memberships and roles, and honor invites.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional email (receipts, alerts, and account notices) and respond to support requests.
• To keep the service secure and reliable, and to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run FranchiseHuddle:

• Electronic Arts (EA). We connect to EA’s servers, using your commissioner’s EA login, to import your franchise. Your use of that connection is subject to EA’s own terms.
• Discord. For sign-in and for the bot that posts to your server.
• Stripe. For payment processing.
• Email and hosting providers. To deliver email and host the application.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

EA access tokens are encrypted at rest, are never exposed through our public interfaces, are used only to sync your league, and are never sold or shared. A commissioner can disconnect EA at any time.

We keep your league’s data while the league is active so its history survives across seasons and title years. You may request deletion of your account or your league’s data by emailing [email protected]; we will delete it except where we must retain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data; we honor applicable requests.

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in. Our marketing analytics are cookieless. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

FranchiseHuddle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
