Terms of Service

FranchiseHuddle is a companion platform for online-franchise leagues: it imports your franchise data, keeps a league site current, and automates Discord updates. Features vary by plan and may change over time.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).

Connecting a franchise requires a commissioner to sign in with their own EA account, and your use of that connection is subject to EA’s terms. FranchiseHuddle accesses your league’s own data on your behalf; it does not modify your franchise. Access to EA’s data depends on EA and can change, break, or be withdrawn at any time — we cannot guarantee its availability. FranchiseHuddle is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or the NFL.

You agree not to misuse the service, including: breaking the law; infringing others’ rights; attempting to access accounts or data that aren’t yours; disrupting or overloading the service; or reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law.

FranchiseHuddle offers a free tier and paid plans billed through Stripe (for example, per title year or per season). Paid features unlock while your subscription is active. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not, except where required by law, refund amounts already paid. Prices and plan details may change on a prospective basis.

Your league and its data remain yours. You grant FranchiseHuddle the license needed to store, process, and display that data to operate the service for your league.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable, but it may experience downtime, and features that depend on third parties (such as EA sync) may be interrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FranchiseHuddle and Media Lion disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from third-party services outside our control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to the service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
