Copy your league invite link and share it, or let members run /join in Discord. They join and claim their team in one step.
A league is its people. Once your league exists, getting your owners in is quick — you share a link, they join, and they claim the team they run.
Invite from the app
- Open your league dashboard at app.franchisehuddle.app.
- Find the invite / members area and copy your league’s invite link.
- Drop the link wherever your group already talks — your group chat, your Discord, or a DM.
- Each owner opens the link, creates or signs into their account, and joins your league.
Invite through Discord
If you’ve installed the Discord hub, a new member can run /join right in your server, pick an open team, and be claimed and roled in a single step — no forms and no hand-assigning roles. It’s the fastest way to onboard a group that already lives in Discord.
Claiming a team
Joining puts someone in the league; claiming ties them to the specific team they run. Open (unclaimed) teams are flagged so people know what’s available, and once a team is claimed, mentions, matchup channels and trade votes all know who owns it. Point new owners to Claim your team if they need a hand.
Tip: send the invite link and a one-line “claim your team and set your gamertag” nudge together. It gets everyone claimed and reachable in the same sitting.
Recruiting for open teams
Vacant teams show up as open across the app and the /join flow, so if you’re recruiting to fill out the league, you can point newcomers straight at the teams that need an owner.
